New COVID-19 Procedures


Lockdown has now been relaxed sufficiently and therapists have been given the green light to return to work. Therefore, I am now ready to make appointments. There will be some changes in the process both before and during each session, to help ensure both your and my safety.


Before you leave your home, please check, and consider if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms. If you answer yes to any of these questions, please postpone or cancel your appointment.


If you are a first-time client, your pre-session consultation will be emailed to you for you to complete prior to your visit.


If you are an existing client there will be an updated consultation to see if any changes have occurred, plus a Covid-19 consent form for completion, this will be emailed to you to complete prior to your treatment.


There will now also be consent forms that I will have to send to you the morning of your treatments.


All consultation and consent forms can be signed and brought with you on the day of the treatment or emailed back to me. Please bring your own pen if you will need one.


I can no longer supply glasses or mugs to use but I will still be offering refreshments in disposable cups, if you wish to bring your own then please do.


To minimise the risk factor, you may wish to leave coats, bags etc in the car or at home. Also please avoid wearing any jewellery that is not essential.

The salon will now also look different as a lot of things have had to change. I will give a couple of examples, so you know what to expect when you arrive.

No Magazines (you’re welcome to bring your own reading material)

No cushions

No blankets

Hand gel must be used

Paper towels in the toilet

PPE available for you to use

I will now be expected to wear full PPE. For each client I will be required to have new gloves and apron and face masks the visor can be cleaned in between each client.


Payment should ideally be made prior to the treatment to limit the handling of cash. I accept PayPal, BACS, and card payments over the phone but I can also accept card payments onsite meaning that contactless payment is available on the day.


There will be approximately 40mins in between clients, to enable disinfection of the entire salon and bathrooms, this time allows everything to dry and take effect before the next client arrives.
